Superintendent's Performance Evaluation Act 82
Evaluation of the District Superintendent is a critical responsibility of the Board of School Directors. The evaluation is based on the assessment of the performance standards in the following areas:
1. Student Growth and Achievement
2. Organizational Leadership
3. District Operations and Financial Management
4. Communication and Community Relations
5. Human Resource Management
6. Professionalism
The former Superintendent, Dr. Robert Postupac failed to achieve performance standards of the Blackhawk Board of School Directors for the 2022-2023 school year.
