Mrs. Evans, Learning Support Teacher
Learning Support services are provided for qualifying students based on a formal school evaluation, classroom performance, and grade level data. Students work on specific goals in the areas of reading fluency, comprehension, writing, and math based on their individual needs and strengths. The Learning Support program at Northwestern Primary also assists in the IST (Instructional Support Team) process to help identify appropriate supports for students as well as behavior plans and supports as needed.
