During the second quarter, we learned about Halloween, the First
Thanksgiving, and the holidays. We celebrated the 50th day of school. We had
our holiday concert at Blackhawk High School. We completed tfrom the reading
series themes On the Farm and Whatever the Weather. We about the spelling word
familiesam, ap, it, ig, and in. We completed Daily 5 centers and Guided Reading
groups. We wrote in our journals creating our own stories using our word
wall and word cards. We learned about numbers to 10, addition, and subtraction.
We completed BUILD math centers.
