On October 8, 2024, BHS Global Scholars participated in a World Language Competition at Slippery Rock University. Students were able to take language tests or participate in a Japanese calligraphy workshop. Luz Andrea Nieto Ramirez won 1st place in the Heritage Speaker test. Chloe Long won 2nd place and Eva Parris won 3rd place in the Japanese calligraphy contest. All the students had a great experience!
