Meeting Notice
July 29 Meeting 
The Blackhawk Board of School Directors will hold a Special Meeting on July 29, 2021, 7:00PM in the High School Library which will include voting action on the High School Kitchen repair project. Due to the timeline of scheduling this meeting, participants are welcome to attend in person or via Zoom. Should you want to attend via Zoom, please sign up HERE
 
August 4 Meeting
The Blackhawk Board of School Directors will hold a public meeting regarding the Blackhawk School District Health and Safety Plan for the 21-22 school year at Highland Middle School on August 4th, 2021 at 5:30PM in the LGI Room.  Due to the timeline of scheduling this meeting, participants are welcome to attend in person or via Zoom; however, the Focus Group style setting with small and large group discussion may lend itself to in person attendance. 
 
If you are attending in person, we kindly ask that you RSVP for the Health and Safety Meeting by clicking HERE so we can plan for seating and materials. The RSVP will close on Monday, August 2 at 4:00 p.m. However, all are welcome to attend, even without an RSVP.

Tuition Reimbursement

For courses taken when only have a BS degree and already have level II certification and when the course is NOT towards a master's degree program
For courses taken towards level II certification. NOTE: if the course towards level II is ALSO towards a master's degree, use the Master's degree form
For courses taken towards a master's degree
For any courses taken after a master's degree has been obtained whether for a doctorate or not. For post master's courses, they must be pre-approved using this same form.
** Turn in all Tuition Forms to the District Office.**

Workers Comp Process Requirements

Please remember that when a employee gets hurt a work, that it is important to report this injury to the nurse or secretary of the building when the injury occurs.

If medical attention is required, the employee must use a designated physician from the panel of physicians that is posted in each school. This is the Workpartners UPMC Health Benefits Incl, physicians panel.  

All injuries must then be reported to BARB DEROSA, DISTRICT OFFICE.

All paperwork is IN THE LINK BELOW. This paperwork must be completed by employee and returned to BARB DEROSA as soon as possible
