8th Grade Families

We want to remind all 8th grade students that we have some fun 8th grade only activities coming up like the 8th Grade Dance, Lock In, the 8th Grade Challenge, and the D.C. Trip. We hope that the students are excited for these activities! However, we also need to ensure that the students are acting appropriately during school if they want to be able to participate in these activities. Students must show respect towards their peers, adults, school property, school rules, and themselves. Students will be removed from the 8th Grade Dance or the DC Trip pending any suspensions out of school. In addition, students can be removed from the other 8th grade only activities pending any other disciplinary issues. This was explained to students in class, via letters sent home this year, and to parents when signing up for the D.C. Trip. Unfortunately, any student who is removed from the D.C. Trip will not be reimbursed for any funds spent due to the fact that we have already reserved the buses and hotel rooms. We hope that students are making good choices and are able to participate in all 8th grade only activities with their peers! It is our goal that all students can attend all activities with their peers!
