The Blackhawk School District Board of School Directors (the Board) serves as the governing body responsible for establishing and overseeing district-wide policies in alignment with the Pennsylvania School Code. The Board plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and priorities of the educational system. Its authority lies in defining policies that are then implemented by the district’s administrative and teaching staff. All decisions made by the Board must comply with established state regulations and standards to ensure quality and equity in education throughout the district.
Blackhawk will now use Keystone Agenda to host its public meeting agendas. The platform will be introduced during the Special Meeting on July 20, 2026, as a soft launch. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we transition to this new system.
Live Stream MeetingsThe Blackhawk School District provides live streams of all public school board meetings. To access meetings virtually, visit the

We would like to inform the Blackhawk community that, contrary to our usual practice, the video recording of the December 4, 2026 Board of School Directors meetings will not be posted on the District’s website. Due to a technical difficulty with YouTube, the meeting was not saved and the recording is unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to sharing the video recordings of our January 2026 meetings as scheduled.
