Weekly Updates (Heads Up)

As the new school year begins, Mr. Anderson and I will be sending out weekly updates about upcoming projects, quizzes/tests, school events, etc. Mr. Anderson will send out an email, while I will send home a paper copy. We will begin by sending home a brief information sheet during the first week of school. When completing that sheet, please be sure to include any email addresses that you may use.

Class News...Where we've been and where we're going!

So far in the first 9 weeks:

In Reading we are Reading the story Rope Burn in the StoryTown Series. We are learning new robust vocabulary, our focus skill is Conflict and resolution, and we are reading ReadWorks articles daily and searching for facts to share.

In English, we are reviewing what a noun is and the difference between a Common and a Proper Noun.
